A Taxpayer Victory is Coming November 8th.

Voorhees Township is literally at a crossroad. This election, more than any other, will determine the direction of our town for years to come. Voorhees voters can choose to continue with the same incumbent politicians that we have lived under for the last decade who have raised your taxes by nearly 60%, or they can choose two candidates with the right experience and the fresh ideas to finally bring fiscal responsibility and lower taxes to our town.

Jody Raines and Ron Richards are those candidates. With the Voorhees Victory team, results for our taxpayers are a certainty. Jody and Ron have pledged that if they do not lower the Voorhees municipal tax rate in their first year, they will resign. That is a promise that the incumbents, who have done nothing but increase taxes and spending since they took office, could never make.

It is time to bring more balance to our local government and to finally correct the mistakes of the last decade. We all love Voorhees, but there is no doubting that it can be a better, and more affordable, place to live. In 2011, we will make that goal a reality. November 8th, remember to vote for a taxpayer victory in Voorhees.
